- These compressors utilize semi-hermetic screw compressors from renowned brands such as Hanbell, Refcomp, and Bitzer. The 5:6 rotor design delivers 20-30% higher efficiency than standard models and enables smooth, stepless capacity modulation.
- They perform exceptionally well under full load, are well-suited for sustained high-load operation, and offer significant energy savings under steady-state conditions.
- The microcomputer controller maintains temperature stability with high precision and also provides remote monitoring and self-diagnostic capabilities. Selected models can integrate the Internet of Things and big data to help operators track and optimize performance.
- The evaporator and condenser use inner-grooved copper tubes, corrugated tubes or trapezoidal tubes to improve heat transfer. Some models use flooded evaporators to increase the heat exchange area and improve cooling stability.
- Protective devices are included to prevent high and low pressure, overload, freezing, and compressor overheating. Some models also feature a safety valve and fusible plug for added protection during long-term operation.
- These chillers boast a COP exceeding 4.5, ensuring high efficiency and low noise levels due to water cooling. Heat recovery options are also available for optimal energy utilization.
