HERO-TECH Group was founded in 2005 and focuses on the development, production, and sales of industrial chillers and process cooling equipment. We design and manufacture reliable cooling systems and provide technical support for clients worldwide. In 2010, we established Shenzhen Hero-Tech Refrigeration Equipment Company, in Guangdong Province as a core part of our business. We now operate two manufacturing bases, in Shenzhen and Jiangmen, and one branch office in Changzhou, Jiangsu. With more than 20,000 square meters of production space across all sites, we maintain an annual output value of over 180 million RMB.
For years, we have dedicated ourselves to developing cooling systems that address the real-world operational needs of industries including manufacturing, agriculture, and food processing. Our product portfolio covers a comprehensive range of chiller solutions, with core models categorized by technology and cooling medium:
- Fundamental chiller series: Including air-cooled, water-cooled, screw-type, flooded, and falling-film chillers, each engineered to match specific working conditions (e.g., space constraints, water availability, or load stability).
- High-efficiency & specialized cooling systems: Magnetic bearing inverter centrifugal chillers, designed for scenarios demanding premium energy efficiency, and ultra-low temperature units, tailored for applications with strict low-temperature requirements.
- Aquaculture-specific solutions: Heat pumps optimized for both seawater and freshwater aquaculture systems, ensuring compatibility with different aquatic environments.
Beyond these core offerings, we also provide customized solutions for extreme or niche scenarios:
- Chillers capable of operating at 2°C without antifreeze, and systems engineered to withstand high ambient temperatures, addressing harsh environmental challenges.
- Specialized units such as explosion-proof chillers (for hazardous areas), battery testing chillers (for energy storage labs), medical-grade ultra-low temperature plate freezers (for healthcare and biopharmaceuticals), and telecom-specific cooling equipment (e.g., for Huawei base stations).
- Industry-tailored systems including tunnel chillers, concrete cooling systems, cold storage condensing units, integrated mushroom cultivation machines, and precision chillers for laser processing (where temperature stability directly impacts precision).
Additionally, we develop integrated heating and cooling systems, which are customized to align with each client’s unique process requirements—ensuring seamless adaptation to their production or operational workflows.
Since its establishment, HERO-TECH Group has always adhered to the German technology and management model, and has successively passed the ISO9001:2000 International quality system certification and the CE, ASME and PED certifications, and has successively won the honors of "National High-tech Company", "the Specialized and Sophisticated Small and medium-sized enterprise", "Little Giant Enterprise" and "National Sci-Tech small and medium-sized enterprise".
More than ten years of experience in the refrigeration industry makes Hero-Tech to stay ahead of its domestic counterparts. Hero-Tech has established service outlets in large and medium-sized cities, such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Qingdao, Suzhou and Changzhou etc., to provide customers more efficient and convenient services. Hero-Tech is warmly welcomed by oversea customers because of its high-quality products and services. At the same time, the sales network of Hero-Tech has been spread to more than 100 countries and regions, and the export volume has increased year by year. At present, the export share accounts for more than 50% of the company’s sales turnover, and we have agents and distributors in Russia, Germany, South Africa, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Argentina, Peru and so on.

- 2010
We established our core manufacturing subsidiary, Shenzhen HERO TECH Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., in Guangdong Province.
- 2013
Earned ISO9001 and CE certifications. That same year, we opened an after-sales service center in Shanghai to better support local clients.
- 2014
Expanded internationally with a representative office in Indonesia. A new service point in Tianjin was also launched later that year.
- 2015
Named one of the “Top Ten Refrigeration Enterprises in Guangdong” in recognition of our quality and performance.
- 2016
Honored as an “Outstanding Member” of the China Refrigeration Association.
- 2018
Founded Honglida, a dedicated facility for processing sheet metal enclosures and heat exchangers, reinforcing our in-house manufacturing capabilities.
- 2019
Achieved national recognition as both a “Shenzhen High-Tech Enterprise” and a “National High-Tech Enterprise.” Our annual revenue exceeded RMB 100 million, with exports accounting for more than 50% of total sales.
- 2020
Built a new production base in Jiangmen, Guangdong, covering over 13,000 square meters.
- 2021
Opened branch offices in several key cities, including Wuhan, Xi’an, Chongqing, and Qingdao. In December, the Jiangmen facility officially went into operation.
- 2022
Launched a new branch in Changzhou, Jiangsu, with a 3,000-square-meter site to support regional development.
- 2023
Recognized as a “National Specialized and Innovative SME,” an “Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise,” and an “Outstanding Exporter in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.” Annual sales surpassed RMB 180 million.
