We design and manufacture industrial water chillers, heat pumps and temperature control units for fish farming applications
In aquaculture, particularly in hatcheries and temperature-sensitive farming environments, our temperature control solutions such as water chillers and heat pumps provide precise water temperature control that is critical to the health, growth, and productivity of fish stock. From maintaining optimal hatchery conditions to supporting market-ready growth, our industrial process cooling systems help fish farmers achieve better yields, improved efficiency, and consistent quality.
A 27,000 m² eel farming facility with 83 ponds required precise year-round temperature control, maintaining 30 °C for juvenile eels and 17-20 °C for mature eels.
The system was equipped with two HTMR-1300W maglev heat pumps and one HTMR-390W water-source heat pump.
The high-capacity falling-film maglev heat pump expanded system configuration options, offering a more efficient and energy-saving solution for aquaculture operations. The installation successfully achieved precise temperature control throughout the farming process while recovering and reusing waste heat and cooling. With fully intelligent variable-frequency operation, the cooling system maintains stable farming temperatures, increases yield per unit area, and shortens production cycles.
A 30,000 m² eel hatchery with 108 ponds required precise temperature management, maintaining 20 °C across the facility and 3 °C in the nursery ponds.
Two dual-purpose HTMR-1300W magnetic levitation heat pumps were installed to provide both heating and cooling as needed.
The temperature control system successfully replaced the original biomass boiler, reducing annual operating costs by over RMB 1.2 million. This upgrade enabled year-round controlled ecological farming for eels, keeping water temperatures consistently within the species’ optimal growth range.
A 10,000 m² eel hatchery with 32 ponds required stable year-round water temperatures, maintaining 20 °C throughout the facility and 30 °C in the nursery ponds.
One dual-purpose HTMR-1300W magnetic levitation heat pump was installed to handle both heating and cooling requirements.
The system replaced the original biomass boiler, cutting annual operating costs by more than RMB 600,000. With precise, automated temperature control, the hatchery achieved controlled ecological farming conditions, keeping water at the ideal range for eel growth all year round.
A technology-driven aquaculture facility required a water temperature of around 28 °C, with the flexibility to adjust for different growth stages, including higher temperature needs for fattening fry.
One variable-frequency HTMR-1300W maglev heat pump was installed, capable of both heating and cooling to meet year-round temperature requirements.
Compared with traditional boilers, the maglev variable-frequency system reduced energy consumption by over 50%, while delivering precise temperature control and seamless hot/cold switching. The remote monitoring system allowed staff to oversee all operational parameters directly from the control room, greatly improving management efficiency and reducing both operational and labor costs.
