Injection molding

Mold cooling During injection molding, molten plastic must be cooled and solidified quickly after being injected into the mold. Our chillers circulate cooling water to remove mold heat, shorten cycle times, and prevent deformation, shrinkage, or surface defects.
Oil temperature control In some injection molding machines, the hydraulic system requires cooling to prevent performance loss or equipment failure caused by excessive oil temperatures.
