Oil chillers provide specialized cooling for the lubricating and hydraulic systems essential to various machine tools. Advantages

High-precision temperature control and stability The oil chiller keeps oil temperature within a set range, generally 10-30°C with a tolerance of ±1-2°C, effectively reducing thermal deformation in machine tools and improving machining accuracy. Equipped with a PID intelligent temperature control system, it allows the oil temperature to be adjusted in sync with the ambient temperature, preventing mechanical components from warping due to temperature differences.
Energy-saving and environment friendly Uses eco-friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, or R134a, ensuring zero pollutant emissions while maintaining efficient cooling performance.
Durability and safety Key components, including stainless steel pumps and fin-type condensers, are made from corrosion-resistant materials for long service life. Multiple built-in protection functions such as phase-loss alarms, over-temperature protection, and leakage protection, ensure safe and reliable operation.
Adaptability and flexibility Customizable to fit CNC machine tools, hydraulic presses, grinders, and other equipment. Supports parallel operation of multiple units for flexible load matching. The immersive oil cooling design prevents contamination from metal chips, making maintenance simple and straightforward.

Precision machining

CNC machine tools / grinders: Cools spindle lubricating oil to minimize thermal expansion errors and improve machining accuracy, for example, in coordinate boring machines and machining centers
Electrical discharge machines (EDM): Maintains stable temperatures for electrodes and workpieces, helping extend tool life

Hydraulic systems and power equipment

Used in hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and similar equipment to prevent high-temperature degradation of hydraulic oil, maintain stable viscosity, and avoid pressure fluctuations

Mold and industrial forming

Cools injection molds to shorten molding cycles and reduce surface defects in plastic products
