High-efficiency cooling and temperature control The laser chiller rapidly absorbs the heat generated by laser equipment through a closed-loop refrigeration system, ensuring stable operating temperatures. For example, during laser cutting or welding, temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1°C, preventing beam quality degradation caused by temperature fluctuations.
Using compressor-based refrigerant circulation technology such as scroll compressors, it delivers high cooling efficiency with low energy consumption.
Precise adaptation to different laser types Custom cooling solutions are available for CO₂ laser tubes, semiconductor lasers, fiber lasers, ultraviolet lasers, and more, meeting the specific cooling requirements of different power levels and wavelengths.
Eco-friendly and energy-saving Environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, and R134a are used, ensuring zero pollutant emissions. Integrated heat recovery technology helps reduce overall energy consumption.
